Our tribute to the Queens of the Argar: 100% Garnacha from Antas: technical precision, fresh fruit, and texture. A rosé with nerve and persistence, perfect for those seeking more than just “freshness.” VINEYARD IN ANTAS Vines at 400 m altitude in Antas (Almería). PRODUCTION AND AGING Harvest in 15 kg boxes, double selection, light cold pre-fermentative skin maceration, gentle pressing, static settling, and fermentation in stainless steel at 16/17 oC. Aged on lees for 2 months. TASTING NOTE Rosé with a soft red rim, clean and bright. Intense aromas of tropical fruit, an amylic background, and fresh fruit. Rich and enveloping on the palate with good acidity, very persistent finish. SERVICE AND PAIRING Excellent as an aperitif; also with white meat, cheese, pasta, fish, and seafood.
